Versteijnen Trucks specializes in the purchase and sale of recent, used trucks. With a growing brand and international ambitions, the need arose for a clear positioning. Explose helped develop a recognizable identity, a powerful payoff, and a visually striking brand book. This allows Versteijnen to approach the market consistently and professionally.
My personal collaboration with Explose goes back many years. Back when I was working at Centrum Transport, literally across the street from their first location, Bart and I started talking. We later met again during our time at Moss and Essentra. And when I started working at Versteijnen Trucks last year, I knew immediately: we're going to do this project with Explose again.
Why? Because Bart and his team know what they're doing. They're creative, open and honest, and the connection they have makes working together a pleasure. We understand each other quickly, and only need a few words to communicate, which makes every process efficient and smooth.
We worked on a completely new brand story for Versteijnen. One of the highlights? The creation of the new tagline: "Premium Trucks, Powered by Passion." A brainstorm, a few catchy keywords, and it was done. We also created a powerful key visual that captures what we stand for as a company in a single image.
The brand book now gives us direction. We have a clear communication line that we can use to enter the market... consistent, strong, and recognizable.
