We are looking for that fantastic marketer who will be the missing link between our customers and our creative team!
 

At marketing and communication agency Explose, we are searching for an enthusiastic all-round marketer. Are you a marketing professional with a natural talent for target group-oriented thinking and writing? Do you have a special interest in branding and get excited about developing concepts and creating online and offline communication? Then we are looking for you!

The Role
 

As a marketer at Explose, you will have both an advisory and an executive role. You’ll be involved in client meetings and act as the essential bridge between the client and our creative team. You know how to translate a company’s brand essence into words and visuals. Your creative mind immediately envisions a direction for concepts and campaigns.

Speaking of text—you are a strong copywriter who creates content for both Explose and our clients, including social media, websites, and newsletters.

Explose primarily works with SME businesses and follows a lean & mean approach in branding and marketing. We excel in creating strong corporate identities, where understanding an organization's DNA, target audience, and market competition is the foundation of our services. In this process, you play a crucial role. Additionally, you help our clients increase their reach and brand awareness by managing communication via social media & web channels.

This position is for 24-32 hours per week, with workdays to be determined in consultation.
 

What You’ll Do

• Interview clients and conduct exploratory discussions

• Translate client stories into compelling branding strategies

• Create target group-oriented communication for clients

• Write content for both online and offline communication of clients and Explose

• Ensure reach & visibility by writing and sharing communication through the right (social) channels

• Develop concepts for content calendars, corporate communication, and campaigns

• Brainstorm with our creative team

• Support clients with their social media management

• Experienced in managing multiple projects and keeping an overview

• Proactive and able to identify market opportunities for both Explose and our clients
   

What We Ask

• HBO (bachelor's) level of education and thinking

• A degree in marketing and/or communication

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably at an agency and within the SME sector

• A deep understanding of branding and its importance in successful communication

• The ability to translate client stories into strong brand positioning

• A creative mindset with experience in concept and campaign development

• Strong skills in target group-oriented writing, editing, and content creation (social media, mailings, websites)

• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with the ability to create and promote posts effortlessly

• Excellent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, and Wix is a plus
